Ashley Vaiana is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist and Project Manager at Roskam Foods, Ashley leads projects from concept to commercialization for major food companies, focusing on innovative snack products and process improvement. Previously, as a Project Manager/Food Scientist II at Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream, Ashley contributed significantly to product development, including the successful national launch of multiple new SKUs. Early career experience includes work with Unilever, where Ashley executed product lifecycles and reformulated core products for cost savings. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Penn State University and has furthered education at Grand Rapids Community College.
