Matthew Barnes

Matthew Barnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Engineering Project Manager at Roskam Baking Company since June 2019, Matthew has a strong background in packaging engineering from Dennis Group, where responsibilities included equipment sizing, vendor selection, and project documentation. Prior to this, Matthew held various leadership roles in the US Navy from May 2012 to May 2017, including Division Officer and Nuclear Submarine Officer, directing operations for a 150-member team and overseeing significant maintenance projects. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
