Robert Prokopy

Robert Prokopy is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing enterprise systems and technology teams. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Roskam Foods since February 2020, Robert oversees ERP systems and is responsible for budgeting, staff development, cybersecurity documentation, and the deployment of collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams. Prior to this role, Robert spent nearly 16 years at ADAC Automotive in various positions, including ERP Systems Manager, where responsibilities included managing ERP support teams, overseeing budgets, and implementing strategic IT projects.
