Lisbeth Klastrup

Lisbeth Klastrup is an experienced academic currently serving as an ekstern lektor at Copenhagen Business School, the University of Copenhagen, and Roskilde University, focusing on communication, media analysis, and digital media theory. Previously, Klastrup held the position of Associate Professor at the IT University of Copenhagen from 2007 to September 2023, engaging in user research, data analysis, and course development. Klastrup has also contributed as a visiting associate professor at the University of Melbourne and RMIT University. Additional roles include chairing the Association of Internet Researchers Annual Conference and serving on the board of DONA - network for online communicators. Klastrup holds a Ph.D. in Digital Culture from the IT University of Copenhagen and an MA in Comparative Literature & Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen.
