Jan Stephan

Jan Stephan has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. From 2003 to 2016, they worked at BP in various roles, including Senior Sales and Marketing Manager for Aviation Fuels, International Sales & Market Manager for Aviation Fuels, Business Development Manager for Alternative Energy in China, Global Financial Analyst & Programme Office Manager Downstream Oil&Gas, and Sales Coordinator for Petrochemicals.

Since 2018, Jan has been working at Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, where they have held several senior positions. Jan started as the Head of Aviation and later became the Head of Main Fuels Marketing and Sales. Currently, they are serving as the Supply & Marketing Director, responsible for managing the marketing, supply, and logistics of refinery production, emissions, and GHG quota trading. Jan leads an international team and oversees the distribution of finished products from German refineries to storage terminals by various modes of transportation.
