Alexey Kungurov

Alexey Kungurov is an experienced professional in risk management with over a decade of expertise in the financial sector. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Risk Management and Head of Downstream Internal Control at Rosneft since May 2013, Alexey has previously held significant positions at TNK BP from May 2007 to May 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing risk management in downstream operations and credit risk management. Prior experience also includes a role as Senior Expert in Credit Risk Management at Gazprombank from 2004 to 2007, focusing on credit risk analysis and methodology development. Alexey holds a degree from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, completed in 2002.
