Aydar Kalimullin has a comprehensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Aydar started their career in 2003 at Rosneft-Purneftegas, where they worked as an oil production operator and later as a head of the oil enhancement sector and pump design in the oil enhancement department. In this role, Aydar was responsible for maintaining the productivity of wells and implementing well intervention techniques to enhance oil recovery.
In 2006, Aydar moved on to become the head technological engineer in an oil field, where they focused on designing in-well equipment, assessing optimization potential, and planning work regimes. Aydar also supervised the control and analysis of electric submersible and rod pumps.
Aydar joined BashNIPIneft LLC, Bashneft in 2011 as a lead engineer of the analytical department, where they researched new technologies for introduction and evaluated wells for their suitability for implementing these technologies. Aydar later became the deputy head of the oil and gas development department, where they worked on regulating technological processes and developing oil field projects.
In 2015, Aydar joined Rosneft as an expert and project manager in the upstream and well technologies department. Aydar focused on developing shale and tight oil fields, and was responsible for organizing and controlling project programs in various areas such as core examination, hydraulic fracturing, well testing, and field development.
