Chandra Mouli RV has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Chandra Mouli started their career in 2015 as a Senior Project Engineer at Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Project Engineer with KAR Group in KRG, Iraq, under TAQA B.V. Chandra Mouli then held positions as an Engineering Manager with KAR at Hunt Oil Company and Gulf Keystone Petroleum in 2017. In 2018, Chandra Mouli RV worked as an Engineering Manager at KAR Pipelines Limited under HKN Energy. Chandra Mouli also served as an Intelligent Pigging Coordinator at various companies including TTOPCO, Oryx Petroleum, DNO Norge AS, and ROSEN. Most recently, from December 2018, they have been working as a Senior Project Manager at Erbil Kurdistan, where they played a significant role in ROSNEFT's acquisition of MAJOR shares in KAR.

Chandra Mouli RV completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from Valliammai Engineering College from 1993 to 1996. Continuing their education, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources from the University of Madras, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Later, Chandra Mouli RV earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from the University of Madras from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Chandra Mouli RV obtained additional certifications. In August 2003, they received certification in First Aid from SAKARA Singapore. In June 2003, they also obtained the certification of being an Emergency Respondee from SAKRA SINGAPORE.
