Ilya Pakhtusov

Ilya Pakhtusov has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Ilya started their career at TNK BP in 2004 as a Manager in the Upstream Strategy and New Business Development Business Function. Ilya then held positions of increasing responsibility, including Investment Governance Section Head and Asset Management Section Head in the Upstream Business Function. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Upstream Strategy and Business Development. In 2013, they joined Rosneft as the Deputy Head of the Upstream Strategic Development Division.

Ilya Pakhtusov pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the NYU Stern School of Business from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between 1986 and 1994.
