Konstantin Baydyukov has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with diverse experience in fracturing engineering and management roles. Konstantin started their career as a Fracturing Engineer at BJ Services, where they gained valuable skills and progressed to the position of Project Engineer. Following this, they joined Rosneft-Purneftegaz as the Head of the Fracturing Department, responsible for well candidate selection and optimizing fracturing technology. Konstantin then moved to Trican Well Service Ltd., where they served as a Lead Frac Engineer, assisting in complex fracturing projects for various subsidiaries of major production companies. Konstantin later became the Engineering Manager for Fracturing, overseeing a team of engineers and implementing new technological approaches and hydraulic fracturing technology. Currently, Konstantin works as the Head of the Technology and Engineering Support Department at RN-GRP, LLC, where they lead a group of fracturing engineers and manages laboratory service groups and a research center. Konstantin is also responsible for internal training on hydraulic fracturing.

Konstantin Baydyukov has a diverse educational background in the field of oil industry. Konstantin obtained an Engineer's degree in Drilling Engineering from Petroleum Jobs, a school they attended from 1999 to 2004. In 2005 to 2006, they received corporate training from BJ Services in Tomball, Texas, USA, focusing on service work in the oil industry.

Over the years, Konstantin has also pursued various short-term courses to enhance their skills.
