Zhanibek Jetpisbayev has over 18 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on civil and structural engineering. Zhanibek has worked in various roles and companies, including Rosneft, ENTER Engineering Group, LUKOIL Overseas Iraq Exploration B.V., VERNY CAPITAL, GAZPROM NEFT BADRA, PSN emirates, Kellogg Brown and Root Pty Ltd, Tengizchevroil, and PFD, Parsons Fluor Daniel.

Throughout their career, Zhanibek has gained experience in project design, facility maintenance, construction supervision, and technical evaluation of tender bids. Zhanibek has also been involved in the preparation of technical tasks for design, procurement, and construction, as well as verification of detailed design and equipment placement. Zhanibek has managed teams ranging from 12 to 16 engineers and has participated in tender processes, including the preparation of documentation and price offers. Zhanibek has a strong background in designing structures for oil and gas plants and has expertise in commissioning and as-built documentation verification.

Zhanibek Jetpisbayev pursued their education from 1998 to 2003 at the Kazakh Leading Civil and Architectural Academy. During this period, they focused on earning a degree in Civil-Structural Engineering, specializing in the field of Engineering.
