Alea Smith, CSPO, PMP, currently serves as a Product Owner at Rosnet, where leadership of the Food Value Stream team encompasses managing product backlogs and guiding 2-week sprints to align with customer needs and organizational strategy. Prior experience includes roles as a Food Cost Analyst collaborating on restaurant recipe databases and analyzing inventory data, as well as serving as a Print and Web Designer/Social Media Specialist for Evolving Magazine, where design experience included print layout and online content management. An early career in the hospitality industry involved excellent customer service as a Lounge Cocktail Server at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Alea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
