Mike Sorah

Mike Sorah has a diverse work experience. Mike served as the CTO for Rosoka Software, Inc. from February 2008 to the present. Mike was also an advisor for Venturing Crew 5 from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Systems Engineer Principal for NCI Information Systems, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2011. Prior to these roles, they had a long tenure at Lockheed Martin, starting as a Senior Systems Engineer in June 1981 and eventually becoming the Chief Engineer. During their time at Lockheed Martin, they specialized in Electronic Engineering, with a focus on Electromagnetics/ElectroOptics and work in Information Theory, Communications, Remote Sensing, and Computer Science. Mike contributed to the development of the Sea Shadow stealth ship and was involved in satellite programs and national asset Knowledge Management systems, with emphasis on research and development.

Mike Sorah attended the University of Michigan from 1976 to 1979, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Mike then transferred to Lawrence Technological University from 1979 to 1981, earning their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
