Elizabeth Surface

Elizabeth Surface serves as the President of Ross Bryan Associates, Inc. since January 2017 and has held the role of Principal/Treasurer since January 2011, leading structural engineering services for a diverse clientele including architects, owners, lenders, sign companies, sculptors, and designers. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Vice President at the same firm from 1979 to 2010, managing personnel and computer/network operations while also overseeing project work and delivering engineering solutions. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Associate, Project Engineer, and Engineering Intern at Ross Bryan Associates, and an Engineering Intern at Law Engineering, focusing on both structural and geotechnical engineering. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (Structures) from Vanderbilt University, earned between 1974 and 1978.
