Steven Qualls

Steven Qualls, PE, is the Principal and President of Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., where Steven also serves as Chief Manager of RBA Audit, LLC, an IAS accredited Type A Inspection Body. With a career at Ross Bryan Associates dating back to January 1995, Steven has expertise in various structural engineering services, including design and evaluations for architects, insurance companies, and contractors. In addition to their role in the private sector, Steven is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, teaching a Professionalism & Ethics course in the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department. Furthermore, Steven is a PCI Level 3 Quality Control School Instructor for the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, contributing to the education of quality control technicians and inspectors. Steven holds both an MS in Structural Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
