Neil Gorman

Neil Gorman is the Vice President for Ross Incineration Services, Inc. He joined the company in 1998 in the Production Planning Department and later served as Incineration Manager and then General Manager. As Vice President, Neil has full responsibility for the Ross Incineration facility operations and has joined the Ross Group Management Team. Neil is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Lorain County and is the 2016 recipient of the Phillip T. Schaefer Vision Award, an award presented annually to an associate of the Ross companies who exemplifies a commitment to the companies’ values. Neil lives in Fairview Park with his wife Amy and two sons. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.
