Chinmayanand Oroskar, Ph.D.

Chinmayanand Oroskar, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. From April 2018 to the present, they have been employed at Ross LifeScience, first as a Senior Manager and subsequently as the Vice President & Head of Business Development. In this position, their responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Chinmayanand also handles regulatory services, working closely with industry customers to strategize and deliver registration processes. Prior to joining Ross LifeScience, they worked at Arysta LifeScience from September 2016 to April 2018 in the field of Registration & Regulatory Affairs. Here, they compiled and submitted registration dossiers and addressed deficiencies raised by regulatory departments. From January 2011 to August 2016, Oroskar was a Senior Research Fellow at the Haffkine Institute for Training, Research & Testing. During this time, they conducted bioefficacy and persistency trials for household insecticides, prepared reports for submission, and standardized processes.

Chinmayanand Oroskar, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai in 2008. Chinmayanand then pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the same university, graduating in 2010. In 2012, they enrolled in the University of Mumbai for a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Biology and successfully completed the program in 2019. During this time, they also obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management in 2014. In 2022-2023, Dr. Oroskar attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they completed the Accelerated Management Program for Executives, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
