Melainey Gunning

Melainey Gunning is an experienced professional in the real estate and mortgage industries, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Illustrated Properties Real Estate since June 2024. Melainey has been a Mortgage Loan Originator at Mortgage INC since September 2015, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team of loan officer assistants and overseeing substantial monthly budgets. As an LPGA Class A Life Member with LPGA Professionals since January 2002, Melainey has developed and managed effective training programs for golfers, focusing on personalized instruction. In previous roles at AM Golf Associates, LLC, Melainey held multiple positions, including Program Director, contributing to the growth of the instructor program. Melainey holds an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Schenectady Community College.
