Angela Spears has extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and human resources strategy. At Ross Stores, Inc., Angela served as Vice President, leading the design and implementation of comprehensive talent management and leadership development programs. Prior roles include Director of Global Learning and Development at Tiffany & Co., where Angela shaped company culture and aligned people strategies with business goals. Angela's experience also encompasses academic contributions as an Adjunct Faculty/Professor at Manhattan College and leadership within the Institute for Corporate Productivity focusing on performance management.
