Kristin Arndt

Kristin Arndt (Smith) has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Ross Stores, Inc. since August 2017 and previously held multiple roles within the same department. Earlier experience includes positions such as Assistant Program Coordinator and Intern at the United Way Financial Stability Center / PA CareerLink - Chester County, where Kristin managed online marketing efforts and supported client navigation of various services. Additional internships include working with the Microcredit Summit Campaign, conducting industry research and developing marketing materials, and contributing to grant research at The Land Conservancy of Southern Chester County.
