Leny Riebli

Leny Riebli is the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Ross Stores, Inc., a position held since 2019. With a background as a trusted advisor and business partner, Leny has cultivated expertise in various HR disciplines, including employee relations, engagement, and compliance. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Ross Stores Inc. and Vice President of HR Services & Counsel at Mervyns LLC. Leny holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, as well as a BA and MA in Psychology and Education from Stanford University.
