Mike Reilly

Mike Reilly, LPC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Field Loss Prevention at Ross Stores, Inc., overseeing the loss prevention and safety for 120 stores generating $1.5 billion in annual sales since March 2023. Previously, Mike held the position of Regional Asset Protection Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc., managing asset protection initiatives for 68 stores with $750 million in annual sales. Additional experience includes roles at Bed Bath & Beyond and Century 21 Department Stores, where Mike implemented various loss prevention strategies and led extensive teams in both operational and crisis management capacities. Mike's career in security began at Macy's, where foundational responsibilities included supervising security operations and conducting internal investigations. Current education includes pursuing an MBA at The University of Kansas, following a Bachelor of Science in Professional Security Studies from New Jersey City University.
