Sarah Lippman

Sarah Lippman, SHRM-CP, has accumulated significant experience in human resources since joining Ross Stores, Inc. in September 2018, where roles have included Human Resources Specialist, Generalist, Associate Specialist, and Coordinator. Prior to this, Lippman interned at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in 2017, conducting phone interviews and managing job postings, and at The Stevenson Group in 2016, focusing on standardizing hiring practices and evaluating HRIS systems. Lippman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Penn State University, complemented by study abroad experience in Liberal Arts and Italian Culture in Florence, Italy, and a high school diploma from Millburn High School.
