Felicia Newhouse

Felicia Newhouse, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant General Manager and Finance and Administrative Services Manager at Ross Valley Sanitary District since September 2016. Prior roles include Administrative Manager at the City of Novato, where responsibilities included supervising personnel, serving as a liaison for labor negotiations, and leading technology advancements. Previously, Felicia held the position of City Planner/Assistant City Manager at the City of Belvedere, overseeing the Planning and Building Departments, and served as a Code Enforcement Officer at the City of Mill Valley, initiating policies and enhancing customer service processes. Felicia holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
