Bill Pulcine

Vice President Supply Chain Management at Ross Video

Bill Pulcine has a strong background in supply chain management, with progressive roles throughout their career. Bill started their career at Nortel Networks in 1983, where they served as a Supply Chain Manager for over 17 years. Bill then moved on to AcceLight Networks, where they held the position of Director of Manufacturing from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Sanmina-sci as a Materials Manager in 2003. In 2004, Pulcine joined Sigmapoint, where they served as the Director of Supply Chain, responsible for procurement and planning. Finally, since 2007, they have been the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Ross Video. Overall, Pulcine has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management roles across various companies.

Bill Pulcine obtained a certification in CPIM from APICS in 1982. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1981, they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Materials Management from Sir Sanford Fleming College.
