Cathy McCallion

Cathy McCallion has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cathy began their career in 1998 as the Director of Business Development at Messa Computing Inc., where they stayed for almost eighteen years. In 2016, they joined Valtech (Nonlinear Creations) as the Senior Manager of Client Relations - Strategic Accounts, until the end of 2017. Following that, they took a work sabbatical, volunteering from January to October 2018. In 2018, Cathy joined Ross Video as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Strategist and later became the Recruitment Strategy and Community Relations Manager in September 2019.

Cathy McCallion completed their Bachelor of Social Science degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, in March 2022, they obtained the certification of Leader from Mindtrust Leadership.
