Micah McBurney

Micah McBurney currently serves as a Global Marketing Specialist - Products at Ross Video, with prior roles including Product Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Campaign Coordinator. Since May 2022, Micah has been involved in various marketing functions. Previous experience includes working at Service Ontario from October 2013 to December 2020 as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included handling sensitive financial information and assisting a high volume of clients daily. Additionally, Micah worked at Second Cup from October 2010 to August 2019, starting as a Barista and progressing to Operations Manager, where duties included training staff, managing store operations, and implementing sales strategies. Micah is an alumnus of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, graduating in December 2022.
