Steve Pace

Steve Pace is a highly experienced professional in the HVAC industry, possessing over 30 years of deep technical expertise. Currently serving on the technical committee for the Institute of Refrigeration UK, Steve is committed to educating and standardising industry practices. Previously, they held prominent positions at Rossair Limited, including Senior Mechanical Director, where they coordinated HVAC mechanical design for Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Steve has a background in Mechanical Engineering from The Open University and completed an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering with distinction in the Royal Air Force.
