Akshita Balasubramanian

Akshita Balasubramanian is an accomplished human resources professional with experience spanning several roles in notable companies. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at ROSSARI BIOTECH LIMITED since July 2025, Akshita previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at TheSmallBigIdea from April 2021 to July 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Executive at Mirum India (formerly Social Wavelength) in late 2019 and an HR Assistant role at AARAV Frangraces & Flavors Pvt Ltd from August 2018 to April 2019.
