Praveen Prabhu

Praveen Prabhu is a Design Engineer with significant experience in the design and development of fixtures and tooling solutions within the aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently at Rossell Techsys since September 2021, Praveen is responsible for designing routing and potting fixtures, preparing design for manufacturability (DFM) and design failure mode effects analysis (DFMEA), and managing vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Praveen worked at Molex from November 2017 to March 2021, focusing on tool design for cable harness assembly, conducting trials, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Praveen began the professional journey as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Toyotetsu, where expertise in press tool manufacturing, design coordination, and cost reduction initiatives was developed. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Singhania University and postgraduate studies in Tool Design from Government Tool Room and Training Centre.
