Ben Ridderbos, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, is a partner at Rossetti, bringing over 29 years of experience in innovative, high-performance architecture and engineering projects across North America and the Caribbean. Specialized in higher education campuses and mixed-use developments, Ben excels in creating spaces that integrate sports, community, residential, and commercial elements. With a strong focus on sustainable design, Ben has worked on Mass Timber and Living Building Challenge projects and possesses expertise in construction, technology, and sustainability. Previously, Ben held key roles at firms such as Lord Aeck Sargent and OHM Advisors, and is currently pursuing degrees in Architecture and Computer Aided Design at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Lawrence Technological University.
