David Richards

David Richards, FAIA, began their career at ROSSETTI over four decades ago as a junior draftsman and currently serves as the Chairman, overseeing the management of major architectural projects and day-to-day operations. Renowned for their expertise in practice management, David has guided successful large-scale projects while implementing innovative solutions in facility design and process methodology. They have made significant contributions to architectural practice at a national level, particularly through leadership roles in the AIA Center for Practice and the AIA Practice Management Knowledge Community. David's legacy includes managing ROSSETTI through its most successful five-year period in history and sharing valuable knowledge to benefit the architectural field. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
