Alessia Fiorotto has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at ROSSIMODA Srl since November 2010. Concurrently, Alessia holds the role of HR Specialist at Rossimoda Spa, focusing on recruitment and training in the production sector. Prior to joining Rossimoda, Alessia was the Responsible for Training Project Design at an educational institution, managing public tender projects and overseeing training plans, quality, and workplace safety. Alessia's early career included a position as a Junior Recruiter at Modulo Innovazione di Gruppo Modulo. Alessia holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze della Formazione Continua from Università degli Studi di Padova, along with additional degrees in related fields from the same institution.
