Demis Cesarato is an experienced professional in the footwear and accessories industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering Technical Shoes at Tory Burch since October 2017. As CEO of DAF STUDIO SRL since March 2014, Demis leads shoe and accessory development, overseeing design, sourcing, production planning, and quality inspection processes. Previous roles include Senior Footwear Designer at Ballin Shoes, and Coordinatore design del progetto at Caleres, Inc., along with a focus on product development for prominent brands at Rossimoda Spa and Staff International. Demis holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication from Politecnico Calzaturiero, attained between 1998 and 2001.
