Hayley Munro

Hayley has more than 20 years of experience growing and transforming software companies. In her most recent roles, she has successfully led both expansion and transformation across the EMEA and International regions for FICO, Ellucian, and most recently, Medallia.

Her key expertise is in leading the Customer Organisation of both SaaS and Enterprise Software companies, including Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Sales functions.

Prior to working in software, Hayley also worked for Capital One, Barclaycard, and other financial institutions in both IT and Marketing roles.
