Andrzej Binias

Andrzej Binias is a seasoned business analyst currently employed at Rossmann Polska since January 2022, focusing on business and system analysis, process modeling, and the valuation of process changes. Prior experience includes founding and managing 4YC, where process optimization and the development of process repositories and tools were key responsibilities.
