Robert Gondzia

Robert Gondzia serves as the Manager of the Development and HR Projects Unit at Rossmann SDP since January 2021, overseeing the creation and execution of HR projects that align with business goals, including areas such as Learning and Development, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. As a co-creator of H2H ❤️ ŁÓDŹ, Robert promotes a community focused on sharing knowledge and supporting personal and professional development. Additionally, Robert is a co-founder of Zaprojektowani - Łączy Nas Projekt, an association that fosters entrepreneurship and provides project management knowledge. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Business Support Solution SA and Human Resources and Employer Branding Manager at Contrain, among others. Robert holds two Master's degrees in Accounting and Financial Management, and in Management and Marketing, from the University of Lodz.
