Yulia Usoltseva

Yulia Usoltseva has a diverse work experience in the field of document control. Yulia started their career in 2007 as a Planning and Technical Documentation Specialist at SakhalinNefteGasService - LNG OET Project, where they assisted in monitoring equipment performance, managing material data files, and cooperating with supply chain analysts. Yulia then worked as a Lead Document Control at ExxonMobil in 2010 and as a Document Controller in 2011, where they were responsible for managing technical documentation and ensuring efficient information retrieval methods. Yulia then joined Parker Drilling Company as a Project Document Controller from 2013 to 2014, and later became the Lead Technical Document Controller from 2014 to 2019, where they managed the document control department and oversaw the work execution for non-technical documents flow. In 2020, they joined Renaissance Heavy Industries (RHI) as an HQ Document Control Specialist, where they developed new company procedures and implemented document control systems for projects in Russia and abroad. Yulia then worked as a Chief Expert at State Corporation Rostec in 2021. Currently, Yulia is the Head of Document Control at PAO Polyus, a position they have held since 2023.

Yulia Usoltseva pursued their education starting in 2004, where they enrolled at Moscow Academy for Humanities and Social Studies (formerly Moscow Humanitarian University) for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Yulia completed their studies in this field in 2009.

In 2017, Yulia Usoltseva furthered their education at Oil and Gas Sakhalin State University. Yulia pursued a Bachelor's degree for a duration of five years, specializing in the field of Operation and Maintenance of Production Facilities. Yulia successfully completed their studies in this field in 2021.
