Keri Castellano

Keri Castellano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Keri is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Rosterfy since August 2021. Before that, they held the same position at TrendzAct from June 2018 to August 2021. At TrendzAct, Keri was responsible for managing key customer accounts, performing QA testing for software products, and utilizing monitoring and response platforms.

Prior to TrendzAct, Keri worked at CDI - Consolidated Divisions Inc. as a Purchasing Manager from August 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they managed budgets, accounts payable vendors, construction bids, and vendor relationships to ensure effective cost management across projects.

Before their role in purchasing, Keri held the position of Project Manager at CDI - Consolidated Divisions Inc. from June 2014 to August 2017. Keri managed soil export projects, handled construction invoices and accounts, and participated in the Cultural Committee to promote community and teamwork.

Keri's earlier work experience includes a role as a Softlines Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from September 2011 to June 2014. In this role, they managed employees in various departments, coordinated work schedules, and demonstrated knowledge in credit solutions and visual expertise.

Throughout their career, Keri has demonstrated strong customer management skills, extensive experience in project and team management, and proficiency in various software programs and platforms.

Keri Castellano obtained a Diploma in General Education from Prairie View High School from the year 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued an Associates degree at Front Range Community College from 2010 to 2012, focusing mainly on their field of study.
