Gary Stone

Gary Stone has extensive work experience in operations management and consulting. Gary has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Director of Operations at SMI Molding, Inc., VP Operations at Revere Plastics Systems, and VP Global Operations at Wolverine Advanced Materials. Gary has also worked as an independent consultant for major appliance manufacturers Whirlpool & GE, focusing on lean manufacturing, materials, inventory controls, and operating metrics. Gary has a proven track record of achieving cost reductions and improving efficiency through the implementation of improvement teams, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Gary has managed large teams and budgets, from 120 employees at Avdel Cherry Textron to 500 employees at Textron Fastening Systems (Acument Technology). Overall, their experience spans over 30 years in manufacturing, quality management, and engineering.

Gary Stone attended Purdue University from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. After two years, they then pursued an MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 1984 to 1987, specializing in Production and Operations.
