Tomasz Michalowski has been working in the IT field since March 2019, starting as a Service Desk Support Technician at ROSTI Poland - Technical Plastics. From there, Tomasz progressed to a role as a Junior IT Service Desk Engineer at Rosti Group, before advancing to their current position as IT Service Desk Technician at the same company. Throughout their career, Tomasz has been responsible for providing user support, endpoint administration, and managing various IT systems and services, including Windows OS, Azure, Intune, Exchange, Teams, and Sharepoint. Tomasz also has experience in Active Directory and GPO support, as well as configuration and management of mobile Zebra scanners using Soti MDM.
