Emmit Nelson

Emmit Nelson is an experienced educator with a background in teaching and youth ministry. Since November 2014, Emmit has served as a Substitute Teacher at Roswell Independent School District, specializing in Emotional Disturbance (E.D) settings. From April 2017 to October 2019, Emmit held the position of Youth Pastor at Adventure Bible Church, leading student ministries for grades K-12 and occasionally filling in for the head pastor. Additionally, Emmit gained valuable experience as a Youth Intern at Grace Community Church of Roswell, NM, from September 2015 to December 2016. Emmit holds an Associate's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell Campus, completed between 2011 and 2013.
