Darshan Damania

Darshan Damania has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities in the jewelry industry. Darshan started their career at Jasani Group in 2003 as Head of Operations, where they worked until 2008. Darshan then moved to Shrenuj and Co Ltd as Regional Sales Manager from 2008 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rosy Blue since April 2016, where they previously served as a Senior Manager until August 2021. Throughout their career, Darshan has demonstrated leadership and management skills in various capacities within the industry.

Darshan Damania graduated from G.D. Somani Memorial School. Darshan then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
