Engineering Design - Palletisers, jigs and fixtures, CNC machines, covers, guards, process lines, testing machines are just a selection of engineering design projects Rota Design has successfully completed. Product Design - Using the latest Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), Rota Design can turn your idea into a manufacturable product. Finite Element Analysis (FEA / FEM) - Rota Design has in-house facilities to undertake computer simulation and structural calculations, static and dynamic delivered by qualified engineers. FEA tools reduce the need for an extensive program of testing and prototyping and thus speeds up the time to market. We can run test procedures to local, national or international standard or codes of practice. Prototyping - Rota Design can build prototypes on our Industrial grade 3D printer or within our workshop. Consultancy - Rota Design are not just designers we are time served qualified engineers and are able to provide expert advice based upon fact, calculation and experience. Our combined 75 years engineering experience is regularly called upon to offer technical guidance, support and expert opinion backed with our Professional Indemnity Insurance. Project Management - Rota Design global network of carefully selected partners allows us to call upon manufacturers, suppliers and other engineers. We can co-ordinate and manage your project from concept through to manufacture. Specialism's: - Pipe and tank solutions - water and wastewater. Polymers and composites. Failure mode investigation - examination and causes of product failures. Material Testing - We have our own polymer test laboratory and access to accredited laboratories globally. Prototyping and 3D printing - 3D printing in-house for 8 years using industrial grade printers.
