Jack Higgins

Jack Higgins, MD, serves as the President and Chief Medical Officer at the Global Telehealth Network since 2017, providing free online consultations for health workers in underserved areas. Jack has been a Board Member and Past President of RotaCare Bay Area since 2000 and currently holds the position of Vice President at the Child Health and AIDS Prevention Project, focusing on HIV/AIDS prevention initiatives. In addition, Jack Higgins Co-Chairs the Los Altos Rotary Climate Action Committee and chairs the event team for VLAB. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Medical Officer at Avantis Medical Systems, where clinical research and physician training programs were directed. Jack Higgins' educational background includes a fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship from Stanford University, an MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University.
