Currently serving as Manager Operations at Rotaid™ AED Cabinets since May 2018, John oversees the development and functionality of innovative storage solutions for AEDs. Previously, John held the same title at AED-Partner from October 2010 to April 2018, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational processes, ensuring employee safety, and optimizing logistics and planning. John’s career trajectory also includes roles in logistics, customer service, and accounting, showcasing a diverse skill set fostered through various managerial and operational positions. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Business Administration and a certificate in First Level Management, complemented by recent training in Scrum project management.
