Eleni Tsolakou BA, MSc, currently serves as the General Manager for Park Rotana & Park Arjaan by Rotana, following a successful tenure as Cluster Hotel Manager for THE WB™ Abu Dhabi and Doubletree by Hilton. With extensive experience in hotel management, Eleni has successfully led the openings of several five-star hotels across various regions and achieved significant improvements in guest satisfaction and financial performance. Recognized for strategic leadership, Eleni has coordinated complex projects, enhanced operational efficiency, and implemented innovative initiatives in the hospitality sector. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Sheffield Hallam University and completion of a program at Harvard Business School.
