Najwan Mrouneh is a sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sales representative at Rotana Hotels & Resorts since February 2023, Mrouneh is responsible for corporate accounts and managing essential hotel documentation. Previously held the position of Cluster Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace from January 2017 to December 2022, where Mrouneh focused on corporate and travel agent sales, identifying new market opportunities. Earlier roles include Events & Groups Manager at Kempinski Hotels, Sales Manager at Madareem Crown Hotel, and Sales Administrative Assistant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, showcasing a strong background in sales management and client relationship development.
