Rotaract Club of RVCE
Rotaract clubs are integral to a global endeavor promoting peace and international understanding. Their impact extends from local communities to a worldwide scale, aided by the vast resources of Rotary International (RI) and The Rotary Foundation, with RI providing essential administrative support. The Rotaract program has grown into a robust international network, spanning 10698 clubs across 180 countries and regions. Comprising 203298 members, Rotaract is a diverse group dedicated to community service, personal and professional networking, and global awareness. It's important to note that Rotaract maintains a non-political, non-religious stance. Rotaract clubs initiate a wide range of projects and activities aligned with members' interests. Nevertheless, all Rotaract clubs, as part of the program's core values, engage in three key areas: professional development, leadership growth, and community service. The Rotaract Club of RVCE, a longstanding and dynamic institution-based club at R.V College of Engineering, is affiliated with Rotary International District 3191, sponsored by Rotary Club Bangalore South. We are a passionate group dedicated to creating positive societal change. Our guiding principles are as follows: 1. Cultivating individual professional skills. 2. Instilling leadership abilities through event management and large-scale project organization, both within and outside the college. 3. Recognizing and nurturing innate talents and potential in each individual. 4. Advocating for and practicing ethical standards as essential qualities of management and vocational responsibilities. 5. Offering opportunities for both personal and group activities that serve the community and promote international understanding and goodwill among all people. Each year, we organize numerous events, including Paper Drives, Blood Donation Camps (BDC), RYLA, Orphanage visits, and more, to contribute to our community and foster global goodwill.
