Rotaract, a global youth movement under Rotary International, empowers individuals aged 18 and above to serve communities, develop professional skills, and foster leadership. Since 1968, it has grown into a network of over 10,600 clubs in 180 countries. In Rotary International District 3220, which spans Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Rotaract was introduced in 1969 and now includes 90+ clubs with over 4,500 passionate members. Led by DRR PHF Rtr. PP Shanel Mendis for the RI Year 2024-25, our vision is to make Rotaract the most progressive youth-led movement in Sri Lanka. As passionate leaders, we aim to drive economic development, foster innovation, and build resilience as we face new challenges.
